Inside the story

A gentle world with something meaningful to say.

Nine-year-old Tavi lives in Braven Bay, where an ancient lighthouse governs the weather above the clouds. When the sky breaks apart, he climbs toward its brass machinery carrying an old copper key—even though great heights frighten him.

Beside him are Aeli, a palm-sized golden living spark, and Kivo, a swift with turquoise feathers and a golden chest stripe. Their journey crosses the ten Copper Rings of Weather, storm courts, frozen skies, clockwork chambers, and the schemes of the masked Veylor Quell.

Part One — The Broken Sky and Part Two — The Heart of Stillness form one continuous 96-page illustrated adventure about courage, responsibility, accepting help, and protecting a world whose weather has fallen out of balance.
